The rent is agreed once, and then it simply arrives.
Nusa Havens leases villas across Canggu and Ubud and runs them as a single collection, with our own housekeeping, maintenance and guest teams on the island. We are not an agency placing tenants. We are the tenant — an Indonesian company signing a lease in its own name, paying rent on a fixed schedule written into the contract, and taking every empty night onto our own books.
Will my villa be looked after?
We furnish at our own cost and maintain the villa with our own team. It is professionally cleaned after every stay and inspected regularly. Our guest ratings depend on its condition, so it is in our interest to keep it better than we found it.
