Who we are
A small family of brands.
DVH Global Holdings operates a family of hospitality brands across Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. Each has its own character and its own sense of place — wellness villas here in Bali, refined city residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the everyday services that make a stay feel effortless.
What connects them is not a look. It is a standard: homes chosen personally, teams who genuinely care, and the small attentions that turn a stay into something remembered.
We are deliberately unhurried. We would rather grow slowly and hold the standard than grow quickly and lose it.

William Donaldson
DVH Global Holdings was founded by William Donaldson, whose career in international hospitality spans three decades and several continents.
That career began in hotels — in the operational detail of how guests are welcomed, how teams are led, and how standards hold when no one is watching. It shapes everything the group does today: the belief that hospitality is a craft rather than a transaction, and that the difference between a good stay and an unforgettable one is almost always a person, not a product.
He leads the group from Bali, working closely with the teams who care for our villas each day — and remains, by preference, an operator first.

Giving back
We give back to the places that hold us.
Our brands exist because of the places they are built in — their landscapes, their people, and their living traditions of care. As the group grows, so does what we return. We start small, and honestly, with commitments we intend to keep and widen.
Protecting the places we operate in
A share of every stay funds local teams who care for the beaches, paths and villages around our homes.
Investing in local knowledge
Each year we sponsor a young Balinese woman through her professional therapist training and certification, so that traditions passed from grandmother to grandmother endure.
Rooted in place
Every villa that joins the collection is blessed in the Balinese way, and a frangipani tree is planted in its garden — a quiet grove growing across the island, one tree for every home.
The long view
What we are building towards.
The commitments above are the beginning, not the destination.
As the group grows, our intention is to establish a foundation that invests directly in the communities our brands depend on — beginning in Indonesia, and beginning with the two things that change a family’s future more than anything else: health and education.
Our long-term ambition is to help fund and build community health clinics and schools in underserved parts of Indonesia — places far from the coastlines guests see, where a clinic within reach or a classroom with a teacher genuinely alters what a child’s life can become.
We are honest that this is an ambition rather than an announcement. It requires a group large enough and profitable enough to carry the cost properly and permanently — not as a gesture, but as an obligation. That is much of why we are building this group, and why we are willing to grow patiently to get there.

The group cares for a growing collection of villas across Bali, and luxury residences in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In the years ahead our focus is to deepen what we do in Indonesia while carefully establishing a second home in South Asia.
We expand rarely, and only where we can hold our standard — which usually means a place we understand, a team we trust, and a reason to be there beyond opportunity.
